What’s Wacky Today? 

Today is National Escargot Day. This is great because maybe now we can now all learn to spell the word. Also, just what is escarsgo; I mean escargot? Per dictionary.com this is a variety of edible snail, usually eaten with a sauce made of melted butter and garlic; yummy! (Maybe?) Today would be a great day to try it; most things taste better with butter!
